本文根据企业生命周期理论,系统分析了企业文化的动态变化过程,得出了企业文化的变化也存在生命周期性的结论。据此提出了企业文化管理系统的概念,并建立了企业文化管理的简单模型。
According to the theory of enterprise life cycle, this paper systematically analyzes the dynamic process of corporate culture, and draws the conclusion that the corporate culture changes also has the life cycle. Based on this, the concept of enterprise culture management system is put forward and a simple model of enterprise culture management is established.
