目的 检测 VIP在单眼剥夺性弱视猫视皮层 17区的表达并探讨其在弱视发病中的意义。方法 采用免疫组化APA法对 7例正常猫和 8例单眼剥夺性弱视猫视皮层 17区免疫阳性神经元及神经纤维进行定位 ,并定量研究其变化。结果 在单眼剥夺猫剥夺侧 17区的 4层 VIP表达显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 单眼剥夺可造成剥夺侧视皮层 17区剥夺眼相应输入层次的 VIP表达下降 ,从而促进弱视的发生发展。
Objective To detect the expression of VIP in 17 regions of monocular deprivation amblyopic amblyopia and to explore its significance in the pathogenesis of amblyopia. Methods The immunohistochemical APA method was used to locate the immunoreactive neurons and nerve fibers in the seventeen normal cats and the eight retinas of 17 patients with monocular unilateral amblyopic amblyopic cats. Results In the monocular deprived cats deprivation side 17 area of the fourth floor VIP expression was significantly decreased (P <0. 05). Conclusions Monocular deprivation can result in deprivation of VIP expression in the corresponding input level deprived area 17 of the lateral visual cortex, thereby promoting the occurrence and development of amblyopia.
