目的:探讨壳聚糖澄清剂用于蜂病康提取液的纯化工艺。方法:以纯化后药液中黄芩苷含量为指标,采用正交试验优选絮凝澄清条件,并与传统醇沉工艺比较。结果:正交优选工艺优于醇沉工艺,最佳絮凝澄清条件为水提液浓缩到1∶8,壳聚糖用量15%,温度50℃。结论:壳聚糖澄清剂可用于蜂病康合剂的精制。
Objective: To investigate the purification technology of Chitosan clarifying agent for bee Kangkang extract. Methods: The content of baicalin in the purified liquid was taken as an index. The conditions of flocculation and clarification were optimized by orthogonal test, and compared with the traditional alcohol precipitation process. Results: Orthogonal optimization was better than alcohol precipitation. The optimal flocculation conditions were as follows: the aqueous extract was concentrated to 1: 8, the amount of chitosan was 15% and the temperature was 50 ℃. Conclusion: Chitosan clarifier can be used for the purification of beesang Kang mixture.
