我院1992年2月一1996年5月对144例急性阑尾炎患者阑尾切除术麦氏切口采用腹膜外全层缝合术式（以下简称抽线缝合），取得满意疗效。1临床资料1．1一般资料：本组共144例患儿，年龄2－14岁，单纯阑尾炎70例，化脓性48例，穿孔性兀例（其中12例坏死穿孔性阑尾炎放置腹腔引流管）
