针对手工焊接作业效率低,焊接质量不稳定等问题,基于柔性设计夹具思想,设计了机械式精量穴播器腰带总成柔性焊装工作站,它由腰带夹具系统、鸭嘴-合页夹具系统、鸭嘴部件输送装置及PLC核心控制系统共同组成。本文重点介绍了腰带总成焊装系统、鸭嘴-合页分总成焊装系统以及控制系统的设计等。本工作站满足了不同尺寸类型的穴播器腰带总成焊装,解决了传统手工焊接定位不准确、换模时间长等问题,提高了焊装效率,为穴播器腰带规模化、标准化焊装生产提供了有力保障。
