The interleaved implicit operator splitting (ADI) algorithm is used to design and implement a high speed and high precision beam propagation method (BPM) to simulate the optical transmission in different polarization states in SOI waveguide. The effects of PML boundary layer selection on virtual Propagation constants of fundamental mode and fundamental mode propagation are given. The fundamental mode propagation constants of different polarization of SOI waveguide structure are given.
