用电化学方法和腐蚀磨损试验测定了合金元素Cr、Mo对奥氏体不锈钢腐蚀及腐蚀磨损性能的影响。试验结果表明,合金元素Cr能提高钢的耐蚀性,但高Cr含量钢的腐蚀磨损失重大于低Cr含量的不锈钢。Mo不仅提高钢耐腐蚀性,同时也能提高钢的耐腐蚀磨损性能。
The effects of alloying elements Cr and Mo on the corrosion and wear properties of austenitic stainless steel were investigated by electrochemical method and corrosion wear test. The results show that alloying elements Cr can improve the corrosion resistance of steel, but the corrosion loss of high Cr steel is greater than that of low Cr steel. Mo not only improves the corrosion resistance of steel, but also improves the corrosion resistance of the steel.
