呋喃西林(5-硝基-2-呋喃甲醛縮氨基脲)已广泛应用于临床治疗中。其原料及制剂的含量測定方法,文献上已經記載的有重量法、分光光度法、比色法、溴量法、碘量法、氯胺T法、极譜法。重量法操作复杂,費时較长,特别是用于片剂测定不易获得較好的結果。比色法由于顏色稳定性較差,因而誤差也較大,且只能用于片剂測定。其他方法等在目前常規检驗上都不够理想。Kolthoff等报导,芳香族硝基化合物可以被三氯化钛还原而进行容量法測定,但未見报导硝基呋喃化合物与三氯化钛的还原反应。为此,本文对其測定条件进行了系統的研究,拟訂了应用于原料及片剂的含量測定方法。
Nitrofurazone (5-nitro-2-furfuraldehyde semicarbazone) has been widely used in clinical treatment. The methods for the determination of the content of raw materials and preparations, the gravimetric method, the spectrophotometry, the colorimetric method, the bromine method, the iodometric method, the chloramine T method and the polarographic method have been described in the literature. Gravimetric procedures are complex and time-consuming, especially when used in tablet-based assays that are not easy to achieve good results. Colorimetric methods suffer from poor color stability and can only be used in tablet assays. Other methods in the current routine test are not ideal. Kolthoff et al. Reported that aromatic nitro compounds can be reduced by titanium trichloride for volumetric determination, but no reduction of the nitro-furan compound with titanium trichloride has been reported. For this reason, this article has carried on the system research to its determination condition, has formulated the content determination method which applies to the raw material and the tablet.
