教师是教育领域的核心职业群体,教育领域成为教师研究天然的领域。近年来,采用教育科学研究方法,以教师的素养、教师的知识结构、教师的理念、教师的行为等问题为对象而开展的研究一直是教师研究的热点,客观上促成了教育领域内开展教师研究传统的形成,客观上导致了教师教育研究者对教育领域外(教师生存际遇)研究的漠视,即教育文化环境对教师职业的影响没引起教师研究者的足够重视,文化成为教师研究的死角。本文对中学英语教师研究进行了概述,阐明了基于文化视域的中学英语教师研究的合法性。

In recent years, researches on the subjects of education science research, teacher’s literacy, teacher’s knowledge structure, teacher’s idea and teacher’s behavior have been hot topics for teachers and objectively led to the development of teachers in the field of education The formation of the research tradition has objectively led to the disregard of the research on the field of education (teachers’ survival) by the teachers’ education researchers. That is, the influence of the educational and cultural environment on the teachers’ occupation has not drawn sufficient attention from the teachers and researchers and the culture has become the dead point of the teacher’s study . This article gives an overview of the study of secondary school English teachers, clarifying the legitimacy of secondary school English teachers based on cultural perspectives.
