自从参加工作至今,教材换了好几套,学生来了一批又一批,从完完全全的应试教育到所谓的素质教育,但不管怎样,我感到学生的学习成绩始终不可忽视。从走上工作岗位,就以立足课堂,提高课堂效率为宗旨,不断地总结,不断地改进课堂教学。直到我走进梁丰初中,陈校亲自与我磨课、评课,让我真正走进了课堂教学的另一个境界,真正做到了课堂教学高效轻负。 Since my participation in the work, there have been several sets of teaching materials and batch after batch of students have come from complete examination-oriented education to so-called quality education. However, I feel that students’ academic performance can not be ignored anyway. From taking to the job, to set foot in the classroom, to improve the efficiency of the classroom for the purpose of continuous summary, and constantly improve classroom teaching. Until I went to Liang Feng junior high school, Chen school personally with my class, class, so I really went into another realm of classroom teaching, truly efficient and light classroom teaching.
