目的:为制备尼莫地平脂肪乳及其干乳优选尼莫地平脂肪乳初乳的制备条件。方法:正交试验法,以初乳表面漂浮油滴的数量为考察指标,以高剪切乳化机转速、乳化时间、乳化液温度为考察因素,每个因素取3个水平。结果:影响因素为转速、乳化时间。结论:本实验所确立的制备条件可制备出较好的尼莫地平脂肪乳初乳,为尼莫地平脂肪乳及其干乳的制备奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare nimodipine fat emulsion and its dry milk for preparation of nimodipine fat emulsion colostrum. Methods: Orthogonal test method, taking the number of floating oil droplets on the surface of colostrum as the index, taking high shear emulsifying machine speed, emulsifying time and emulsion temperature as the investigation factors, each factor takes 3 levels. Results: The influencing factors are speed and emulsification time. Conclusion: The preparation conditions established in this experiment can prepare better nimodipine fat colostrum, which lays a foundation for the preparation of nimodipine fat emulsion and its dry milk.
