“十二五”期间,“七区两带”战略的实施为山东省文物事业的全面发展指明了方向,各片区内文化遗产保护得到发展。在肯定成绩的同时,规划实施中的地区不平衡问题也要得到重视。“十三五”期间,片区保护战略得到进一步延续,“七区两带”也进一步拓展为“七区三带”。“深化七区,构筑三带”成为山东文物事业布局“十三五”的基本理念。 During the “Twelfth Five-year Plan”, the implementation of the strategy of “seven zones and two belts” pointed out the direction for the all-round development of the cultural relics in Shandong Province and the protection of the cultural heritages in all the districts developed.
