随着上海市对区(县)属集团公司改制进程的进一步加快,除了对部分“订单无着,生存无望”的企业采取“关门走人”的措施以外,相当数量的企业进行了资产重组和人员重组,改变了原来国有、集体所有制的性质,加入了带有多元色彩的非公企业行列。这类非公企业如雨后春笋,给经济发展增添了活力,也给转型期非公企业的思想政治工作提出了新课题。
