随着高等教育的普及发展,幼儿园新入职教师呈现高学历的趋势。现实与理想的落差、理论与实践的脱离使新教师陷入了充满失落感、无力感、焦虑感等一系列心理困境。幼儿教师心理胜任特征模型是由对幼儿教师岗位胜任具有核心作用的心理要素构成的开放、动态的系统,其中认知系统是基础,个性系统是关键,适应性系统是保障,三者协调一致帮助新任教师走出心理困境,保证其心理健康水平的最好发挥,为未来教师专业化发展提供前提保障。
With the popularization and development of higher education, the newly recruited teachers in kindergartens present a highly educated trend. The gap between reality and ideality, and the separation of theory and practice have caused the new teachers to plunge into a series of psychological dilemmas such as sense of loss, powerlessness and anxiety.
