在分析了常用焊接摆动器的工作要求基础上,设计了一种以DSC芯片为核心的焊枪摆动控制系统。其执行机构采用滚珠丝杠螺母副结构,通过步进电机驱动实现焊枪的摆动。其中,摆动参数可以任意调节,通过人机界面可以自由设定摆幅,摆频,左右停滞时间等焊接工艺参数。实验结果表明该系统能够实现设计要求,完全可以满足焊接工程的需要。
Based on the analysis of the work requirements of common welding wobbler, a welding gun swing control system based on DSC chip is designed. Its implementing agencies using ball screw nut deputy structure, through the stepper motor drive to achieve the swing of the torch. Among them, the swing parameters can be arbitrarily adjusted through the man-machine interface can be freely set swing, swing frequency, left and right dead time and other welding process parameters. The experimental results show that the system can meet the design requirements and meet the needs of welding engineering.
