目的 :研究珍珠精卵液的水解条件 ,为珍母口服液的生产提供参考依据。方法 :采用 L1 6 (4 5 )正交试验表进行珍珠精卵液最佳水解条件的优选 ,考察水解时间 A、水解温度 B、盐酸浓度 C、浸泡时间 D4个因素对水解液中牛磺酸含量的影响。结果 :最佳水解条件为 A3B2 C1 D1 ,即水解时间为 6 h,水解温度 12 0℃ ,盐酸浓度为 2 N,浸泡时间为 2 4h。结论 :该工艺可用于指导珍母口服液的生产
Objective: To study the hydrolysis conditions of pearl essence and egg liquid and provide reference for the production of Zhenmu oral liquid.
