目的:了解高职院校护理学生对职业知识与能力需求的差异性。方法:根据本地区实际情况,自主设计调查问卷,随机选取2014届在本地区综合性医院的实习生280名进行调查问卷,其中三年高职、五年高职各140名,调查不同学历护理学生对职业知识与能力需求的差异性。结果:学生对职业知识与能力的需求具有差异性,三年高职生的求知欲望高于五年高职生(P<0.05)。结论:高职院校护理生对职业知识和技能的培养均有较高的需求,其需求程度与学生的学历程度有关,三年高职生的需求度高于五年高职生。
Objective: To understand the differences of vocational knowledge and ability requirements among nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Methods: Based on the actual situation in our region, the questionnaire was designed independently and randomly selected 280 interns from 2014 General Hospital in the region to conduct questionnaire, of which 140 were in three years of higher vocational education and five years of higher vocational education respectively. Differences in Students’ Needs for Vocational Knowledge and Ability. Results: The students’ needs for vocational knowledge and ability were different. The desire for seeking knowledge of three-year vocational college students was higher than that of five-year vocational college students (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Nursing students in higher vocational colleges have higher requirements on the training of vocational knowledge and skills. The degree of their needs is related to the degree of education of their students. The demand of higher vocational students in three years is higher than that of students in five years.
