以α-Al2O3微粉、板状刚玉和TiO2为主要原料,添加不同含量的ZrO2,通过高温烧成以固相反应直接合成Al2TiO5-板状刚玉-ZrO2复合材料,研究了ZrO2含量对复合材料的烧结收缩率、显气孔率、强度等的影响。结果表明:添加ZrO2的复相材料的收缩率和体积密度明显增加。ZrO2含量为4%时,可以制备出高致密度高强度的Al2TiO5-板状刚玉-ZrO2复合材料,其显气孔率为9.31%,抗折强度为25.6MPa,抗压强度为225MPa。
Al 2 TiO 5-plate-shaped corundum-ZrO 2 composite was synthesized by solid-state reaction with high content of α-Al 2 O 3 micropowder, plate-like corundum and TiO 2 as the main raw materials, sintering with different contents of ZrO 2, sintering of the composites Shrinkage, apparent porosity, strength and other effects. The results show that the shrinkage and bulk density of ZrO2-doped composite materials increase obviously. When the content of ZrO2 is 4%, Al2TiO5-plate corundum-ZrO2 composites with high density and high strength can be prepared. The apparent porosity is 9.31%, the flexural strength is 25.6MPa and the compressive strength is 225MPa.
