当今,尽管“应试竞争”与“生源争夺战”日趋激烈且饱受诟病,但是柔性的校长领导和学校软实力越来越受到社会关注。从学校文化建设角度来看,这要求校长领导在提升学校硬实力的同时,也要形成和发展学校的软实力。形成和发展学校的软实力,需要校长领导站在哲学的高度,实事求是、有的放矢地解决学生成长和学校发展的问题;需要正视和处理好硬实力与软实力互为影响、软实力的共享与多边实力平衡的关系,据此,增强学校的吸引力和公信力,形成强有力的学校文化。
