端粒酶的激活是细胞永生化和恶性转化的关键事件之一,而端粒酶的激活需要端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)的表达。hTERT基因转录后的选择性剪接是调节端粒酶活性的重要机制之一。转变hTERTmRNA的剪接模式为肿瘤治疗提供了一个新的方案。
Activation of telomerase is one of the key events of cell immortalization and malignant transformation, and the activation of telomerase requires the expression of telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT). Selective splicing of hTERT gene after transcription is one of the important mechanisms regulating telomerase activity. Transforming the splicing pattern of hTERT mRNA provides a new approach to cancer therapy.
