专业技术人员考核是科研机构人员管理中一项十分重要的工作,它关系到专业技术人员的合理使用、专长发挥以及技术职务的聘任、晋升等。要使考核工作能够做到发现人才、培养干部、鼓励拼博,就需要我们确定一种既有科学规范又便于操作的考核方法,本文试图结合我所实际谈些看法和体会。
The assessment of professional and technical personnel is a very important task in the personnel management of scientific research institutions. It relates to the rational use of professional and technical personnel, the performance of their expertise and the appointment and promotion of technical positions. To make the assessment work capable of discovering talents, cultivating cadres and encouraging sparring, we need to establish an assessment method that combines both scientific norms and ease of operation. This article attempts to combine some of the views and experiences we have with the reality.
