我所任教的学校是一所农村小学,班级学生大都是留守儿童,孩子们大都与爷爷奶奶一起生活,在保证孩子衣食无忧之后很少有老人关注孩子的学习。这就引发了一系列问题,如:作业不做、放学不按时回家、个别学生性格有少许缺陷易暴躁等。面对这些问题,作为班主任我必须把一天中大都的时间花在监督孩子补作业、补课,做孩子的思想工作上。我每天的教学工作都掉进了一个怪圈,即:“监督补作业—上课—补课—教育学生。”我一直认为自己这是尽职
