对选定救生舱进行三维实体建模和爆炸冲击波流场计算,获得流场冲击波数据,在此载荷条件下,分别对整舱和单节舱体进行有限元计算,并对2种情况下选定舱体的应力情况和变形情况进行研究和分析。结论表明:单节舱计算结果与整舱的计算结果较为一致,尤其是应力结果更为切合,可较好的反映整个舱体的强度水平。为减少建模及计算时间,在救生舱前期强度设计与计算中,可根据单节舱体的计算结果,找出舱体的薄弱点并完善救生舱强度设计工作。
The three-dimensional solid modeling and explosion shock wave field calculation of the selected rescue capsule were carried out to obtain the data of the shock wave of the flow field. Under this load condition, the finite element calculation of the whole cabin and the single cabin was carried out respectively. Dingxiang body of stress and deformation of the situation to conduct research and analysis. The conclusion shows that the calculation results of single cabin are in good agreement with those of the whole cabin, especially the stress results are more appropriate, which can well reflect the strength level of the whole cabin. In order to reduce the modeling and calculation time, in the design and calculation of the strength of the rescue shelter in the early stage, we can find out the weak point of the cabin and improve the strength design of the shelter according to the calculation results of the single section.
