“创新”在当今设计界已成为一个高频词。出于认识方面的问题,一些设计者以为“原创”就是可以毫无顾忌、毫无限制,以致盲目地进行“设计创新”。实践中,上些以“原创”为标榜的所谓“创新设计”,对于设计对象既不考虑其现实依据也不考虑其功用目的,只是一味地追求视觉形式方面的新奇、特别或怪异:为单纯达到“吸引眼球”的颖异视觉效果,一些设计者轻视或无视设计所必须考虑的社会环境、人文价值、生活习惯和实用功能方面的问题,甚至刻意地反其道而行。以致他们的设计实践根本地背离、伤害了设计的本义及职守。这其中固然有经济方面的原因,也与设计师的观念认识有很大关系。所以,正确地认识艺术设计与社会生活的关系,破除“原创”观念的迷雾,树立科学的设计创新观是当前的一个重要课题。
“Innovation” has become a high-frequency word in today’s design community. Out of awareness problems, some designers think that “original” is without any scruples, without any restrictions, so blindly “design innovation.” In practice, some so-called “innovative designs” advertised by “originality” do not consider the actual basis nor the functional purpose of the object of design. They simply pursue novelty in the visual form, especially or weird: To achieve the “eye-catching” Ying vision effect, some designers even neglect or ignore the design must consider the social environment, human values, habits and practical functions of the problem, and even deliberately do the opposite. As a result, their design practices are fundamentally deviated, hurting the original meaning and dedication of design. This of course there are economic reasons, but also with the designer’s concept of a great relationship. Therefore, a correct understanding of the relationship between art design and social life, get rid of the fog of “original” concept, and establish a scientific concept of design innovation is an important issue at present.
