提出了分解波动系数和燃烧不稳定性系数两个概念,它们分别表征火药非等温热分解过程及定容燃烧过程的不稳定性程度.这两个参数可分别由火药的 D S C(或 T G)曲线和 u ~p 曲线数据算得,它们综合地反映了火药热分解及燃烧过程各方面的不稳定性特征,为评价一种火药的热分解和燃烧稳定性程度提供了具有定量可比性的参照尺度.
The two concepts of decomposition volatility coefficient and combustion instability coefficient are proposed, which respectively characterize the non-isothermal decomposition process of gunpowder and the degree of instability of combustion process. These two parameters can be calculated from the D S C (or T G) curve and the u ~ p curve data of the gunpowder. They comprehensively reflect the instability characteristics of pyrotechnic pyrolysis and combustion processes in all aspects.
