急性再发性心肌梗塞对应性ST段压低的报道在国内较少见,其临床意义受到临床上的重视,现就我院1983年以来92例再梗塞的病例分析讨论如下。 临床资料:1983年～1995年初我院收治急性心肌梗塞826例,其中再梗塞92例。有对应性ST段压低51例,占全部再梗塞的55.43％。其中前壁再梗塞者49例,占53.26％;下壁再梗塞者31例,占33.70％。 有对应性ST段压低51例的急性再梗塞中46例
Acute recurrent myocardial infarction corresponding ST-segment depression reported less in China, the clinical significance of clinical attention, now on our hospital since 1983, 92 cases of recanalization analysis of the following discussion. Clinical data: from 1983 to early 1995, 826 cases of acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital, of which 92 cases of recanalization. Corresponding ST-segment depression in 51 cases, accounting for 55.43% of all re-infarction. Among them, 49 cases were anterior infarct, accounting for 53.26%; 31 cases were inferior wall infarct, accounting for 33.70%. There were 46 cases of acute re-infarction with corresponding ST segment depression in 51 cases
