对碳纤维(CCF300)/双马树脂(GW-300)复合材料层合板进行了200℃和300℃高温环境下的拉伸和压缩性能试验,研究其在不同温度环境下基本力学性能的变化。研究结果表明,由基体控制试件在高温下的拉伸强度和模量比由纤维控制试件降低的比例大;随着温度的升高,厚试件的压缩强度比薄试件的压缩强度提高幅度明显;高温下,拉伸性能保持率较高,而压缩性能保持率较低;300℃下基体控制试件和纤维控制试件的拉伸强度保持率分别达70%以上和90%以上,而厚试件和薄试件的压缩强度保持率都只略高于30%。
The tensile and compressive properties of CCF300 / GW-300 laminates were tested under 200 ℃ and 300 ℃. The mechanical properties of CCF300 / GW-300 composite were studied under different temperature conditions. The results show that the tensile strength and modulus ratio of the substrate-controlled specimen at high temperature are lower than that of the fiber-controlled specimen; as the temperature increases, the compressive strength of the thick specimen is higher than that of the thin specimen The tensile strength retention was higher at high temperature, while the compressibility retention was lower. The retention of tensile strength of matrix-controlled and fiber-controlled specimens at 300 ℃ was above 70% and over 90%, respectively , Whereas the compressive strength retention for thick and thin specimens was only slightly above 30%.
