高频通气(HFV)是近年来发展起来的一项新技术,由于它在临床上能解决象支气管胸膜瘘、气管-食道痿合并呼吸衰竭、婴儿呼吸窘迫综合症等过去难以解决的问题,而引起临床工作者的兴趣。虽然其机制难以用传统的呼吸生理观点解释,但维持气体交换的效果已被公认。本文扼要综述高频通气的国内外进展。一、高频通气的概念及类别通气频率达到多少次称为高频通气尚无统一标准。有人主张凡超过正常呼吸频率3倍的机械通气即称为高频通气,在成人每分钟呼吸次数在60次(或1HZ=1次/秒)以上即可称之。HFV根据频率范围可分为3类,即高频正压通气(HFPPV)、高频喷射通气(HFJV)和高频振荡通气(HFO)。
