轻型钢质无缝气瓶 上海高压容器厂 市登记号:93—10337 该产品为贮存永久气体和高压液化气体并可重复充气的移动式钢质无缝气瓶,用冲压、拔伸、施压收口等工艺成型。主体材料采用43Mn2V钢,外径219mm,采用正火热处理工艺。热处理后机械性能不小于:σs:547n/mm~2,σb:750n/mm~2,σ5≥15％,ak(-20℃U型)≥49J/mm~2。公称容积为40L和45L两个系列,试验压力为22.05MPa,公称工作压力为14.7MPa。产品性能好,重量轻,属国内首创产品。
