实证方法的主要形式是对宪法现象的统计规律进行量化研究,对宪法个案和类案进行案例研究。在宪法教学实践中要重视案例教学法的应用,但应主要以中国本土宪法事例为素材,同时结合宪法原理的讲授,在实践中培养学生活学活用。宪法学的研究中,近年来实证方法逐渐成为与宪法文本解读、注释等同等重要的教学研究方法。本文仅就宪法学实证教研进路课题略陈管见,以与同仁交流。
The main form of empirical methods is to quantitatively study the statistical laws of the constitutional phenomena and conduct case studies on the constitutional cases and case types. In the practice of constitutional instruction, we should pay attention to the application of the case teaching method. However, it should be mainly based on the cases of the constitutional law of China, and at the same time should be taught in accordance with the principle of the constitution. In the study of constitutional law, in recent years, the empirical method has gradually become an important teaching and research method that is equal to interpretation and annotation of the constitution. This article only on the constitutional demonstration teaching research topics slightly oversight, to communicate with my colleagues.
