At present, the synthesis of novel microporous inorganic solid compounds is an active area of research. This paper reports the synthesis and structure of series of molecular sieves of gallium phosphate in R-Ga 2 O 3 -P 2 O 5 -H 2 O (R = organic templating agent) GaPO-4-C4, -C5 and -C12 have similar skeletons to AlPO-4-21, AlPO 4-14 and AlPO 4-25, respectively, for two kinds of molecular sieves of gallium phosphate named GaPO 4-Cn Structure, the other for the new crystal phase of gallium phosphate molecular sieve.
