抗震分析对核电站设备的设计至关重要,为了确保与核电站安全有关的构件在地震条件下的完整性,必须在设计时对其进行整体抗震。目前有限元数值分析抗震分析主要针对构件整体,大规模的计算模型既对计算机硬件配置有较高要求也非常耗时。本文分析采用有限单元法,分析了管系简化对立式管壳式换热器固有振动特性的影响。为如何在不改变换热器固有振动特性的前提下对换热器的管系进行模型简化从而提高计算效率提供了参考。
Aseismic analysis is very important for the design of nuclear power plant equipment. In order to ensure the integrity of the safety related components of nuclear power plant under earthquake conditions, it must be earthquake-proofed at design time. At present, the numerical analysis of finite element analysis is mainly aimed at the component as a whole. The large-scale calculation model not only has high requirements on computer hardware configuration, but also takes a lot of time. In this paper, finite element method is used to analyze the influence of piping simplification on natural vibration of vertical shell and tube heat exchanger. It provides a reference for how to simplify the piping of the heat exchanger and improve the calculation efficiency without changing the inherent vibration characteristics of the heat exchanger.
