一、前言温挤压技术是世界上近二十多年来在冷挤压基础上发展起来的又一项金属成形新技术,已广泛地应用于汽车、拖拉机轴承、标准件等行业。对于黑色金属的温挤压成形,一般在它的兰脆温度以上进行。此时在变形体内部出现新的滑移系及动态回复,或因动态再结晶软化机构作用的增强使变形抗力大为降低。这样就使挤压工艺的应用范围产生一个飞跃。同时,温挤压中频感应加热设备能耗仅为冷挤材料退火的10%左右,准备工序周期比冷挤可缩短90%以上。据粗略估算,仅内燃机活塞销一种零件,采用温挤工艺后每年可为国家节省资
I. Introduction Warm extrusion technology is another new metal forming technology developed on the basis of cold extrusion in the world over the past two decades. It has been widely used in automobile, tractor bearings, standard parts and other industries. For hot extrusion of ferrous metals, it is generally carried out above its brittleness temperature.
