头孢噻肟钠(CTX)与氨茶碱(TP)是治疗肺心病的常用药,临床常见两药合用。本文研究的目的是用高效液相色谱法测定血清中CTX、TP浓度、探讨其相关因素及两药合用的相互影响。 1 仪器与色谱条件美国Bio-Rad公司1330系统及1306紫外检测器,美国惠普公司3392积分仪,包谱柱(YWGC_(18)大连化物所4.6×250mm),流动相(甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸水PH4.50),柱温(25℃),流速(1.0ml/min)柱压(2000Psi),检测波长(262nm),纸速(0.3cm/min)。
