我国建筑企业面对入世后前所未有的挑战和高度多元化的竞争,要始终立于不败之地,继续保持强劲的发展势头,必须迅速提升核心竞争力。核心竞争力是建立在企业核心资源基础之上,具有创新特征的企业人才、技术、品牌、管理、文化等综合优势在市场上的反映。核心竞争力诸要素中,人才是第一位的,是对知识和技能进行整合的主体,在各种资源和能力的组合中起着主导能动作用,可谓核心竞争力的“核心”。只有抓住人才这一关键,创新人力资源管理机制,增强人才素质,优化人才结构,扩张人才总量, 构筑人才优势,核心竞争力才能得到有效提升。
In the face of unprecedented challenges and highly diversified competition after China’s accession to the WTO, construction enterprises in China must remain invincible and continue to maintain a strong momentum of development. We must quickly increase our core competitiveness. The core competitiveness is based on the company’s core resources. The innovative talents, technology, brand, management, and culture reflect the comprehensive advantages in the market. Among the various elements of core competence, talent is the first person, and it is the main body for integrating knowledge and skills. It plays a leading role in the combination of various resources and capabilities and can be described as the “core” of core competitiveness. Only by grasping the key to talents, innovating the human resources management mechanism, enhancing the quality of talents, optimizing the structure of talents, expanding the total number of talents, and building up talented personnel can the core competitiveness be effectively promoted.
