校园文化活动,指在教学大纲以外的由学生自愿参加的多种活动的总称。它是一切校园人在校园内部环境和校园外部环境的互动下形成的特定的校园生活方式。校园文化的目的是培养学生的兴趣、爱好,发展智力,扩大知识面,提高思想品德修养和审美能力,陶冶情操,丰富精神生活,愉悦身心,增进健康等。它的内容包括艺术、文娱体育活动、科学技术活动、公益劳动和其他社会活动。形式有群体的、小组的和个人的。组织校园文化活动应具有以下特征:①方向性。活动的内容及组织符合教育方针。⑦自愿性。学生可按其兴趣爱好自愿参加。③主动性和独立性。学生是活动的主人,教师和有关辅导人员的作用在于引导、启发,不包办代替。④符合学生年龄和个别特征,活动内容和形式能为学生理解和胜任。对待有特殊才能的学生,可由有专长的教师指导,使之获得进一步的发展。⑤因地制宜。按各地经济、文化状况,利用有利条件,因地、因校制宜。
