本文以氮气和水作为流动工质,对弹环状流在水平等径T型三通(D=0 5 mm)中的相分配特性进行了研究。结果发现,在实验范围内,大部分数据点都位于气相富集区,表明在弹环状流下,气体相比与液体更容易进入侧支管,而且增加液体表观速度或者减少气体表观速度,都会使得液体更多地进入直通支管,导致气液两相流的分配更不均匀。在实验的基础上,还建立了预测相分配的经验关联式。将实验结果与模型预测值进行比较之后,发现两者吻合较好,最大误差为8.76%。
In this paper, nitrogen and water are used as the working fluid to study the phase distribution characteristics of the annular flow in a horizontal T-type tee (D = 0 5 mm). The results show that most of the data points are located in the gas-rich region within the experimental range, indicating that the gas is easier to enter the lateral branch than the liquid in the annular flow and increases the superficial velocity of the liquid or reduces the apparent velocity of the gas , Will make more liquid into the through branch, resulting in the distribution of gas-liquid two-phase flow is more uneven. Based on the experiment, an empirical correlation of phase distribution is also established. After comparing the experimental results with the predicted values of the model, we found that the two agree well with the maximum error of 8.76%.
