低温保存寄生虫已有数十年的历史,近年来有了较大的进展。国内对线虫的幼虫之一,微丝蚴的低温保存(Cryopreserva-tion),尚未见报道。本文就近20余年来国外对多种丝虫微丝蚴的低温保存实验研究和进展情况作一简要综述。一、微丝蚴低温保存的研究概况 (?)(1929)观察到犬恶丝虫(Dirofilariaimmitis)微丝蚴在0℃下存活了4-7周。Weinman和McAllister(1947)曾报道,将犬恶丝虫微丝蚴置于抗凝血中,无冷冻保护剂直接冷冻保存在-15℃或-70℃下,能存活69天。Taylor(1960)实验指出,几种微丝蚴保存在-79℃的甘油
