一台495型发动机,在保养检查时发现有一根气门大弹簧折断。 495型发动机采用的是大小双气门弹簧。大弹簧断了,但小弹簧仍然在支撑着。现在的任务是更换一根大弹簧。仅仅为了更换一根弹簧而卸下缸盖,显得有些太不值得。于是我们就采用了下面的方法: 首先将该缸的喷油器去掉,用大号改锥插入安装喷油器的孔内,转动曲轴,至感觉到该缸活塞已移动到上止点时停止。挂上档或在飞轮处设法卡住,防止曲轴受外力而转动。利用处在上止点处的活塞端面顶住气门头,用拆装气门弹簧的专用工具即可顺利地更换气门弹簧。
