新课程实施以来,许多学校都把写教学反思作为提高教师素质的重要途径和手段,并把写教学反思作为一个硬性的工作指标,在数量和质量上加以要求。我校也开展了写教学反思活动,通过多年来的教学反思,我感到写教学反思的的确确促进了自己教育教学技能的提高,促进了自己教育教学水平的提高,可以说,教学反思是我成长进步的阶梯。
