以真姬菇为试材,采用固体平板菌落十字相交法,研究了KH2PO4、MgSO4、ZnSO4·7H2O、FeSO4·7H2O 4种矿质元素对真姬菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:ZnSO4·7H2O浓度高于0.2g/L对菌丝生长具有明显的抑制作用;KH2PO4适宜的浓度为1.5~3.0g/L;MgSO4的浓度小于1.5g/L,高于7.5g/L时,对真姬菇菌丝生长具有明显的抑制作用;FeSO4·7H2O对真姬菇菌丝生长作用不明显,但大于0.8g/L时,具有抑制作用,且随着浓度的增加,抑制作用明显。适宜真姬菇菌丝生长的矿质元素的最优组合为0.25g/L ZnSO4·7H2O、0.25g/L FeSO4·7H2O、1.5g/L MgSO4、1.0g/L KH2PO4。
The effect of four mineral elements, KH2PO4, MgSO4, ZnSO4 · 7H2O and FeSO4 · 7H2O, on the mycelia growth of Pleurotus fungi was studied using the solid plate colony cross cross method.
