目的:检测鼠抗人G-csf单克隆抗体的相对亲和力。方法:采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)。结果:各株单抗结合抗原的相对亲和力不同,根据50%最大结合浓度分为2组,其中4株杂交瘤上清McAbs与纯化腹水McAbs测得结果基本吻合。结论:实验结果为合理运用这些单抗提供了重要依据。
Objective: To detect the relative affinity of murine anti-human G-CSF monoclonal antibody. Methods: Indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used. Results: The relative affinities of each mAb binding antigen were different, and were divided into two groups according to the maximum binding concentration of 50%. The McAbs of the four hybridoma supernatants were basically consistent with the results of purified ascites McAbs. Conclusion: The experimental results provide an important basis for rational use of these McAbs.
