一般认为 ,镧盐对于正常的细胞只能存在于细胞外或一部分细胞连接装置中 ,而不能进入正常细胞间的紧密连接处及细胞内 ,除非该处的细胞膜已出现损伤。利用硝酸镧的这一特性 ,我们将收集到的一组临床极轻微改变的反流性食管炎病例 ,在光镜半薄定位下也未发现明显组织学改变的情况下 ,以硝酸镧示踪方法显示出了食管粘膜鳞状上皮细胞间连接复合体的一些变化。我们认为 ,该方法提供了反流性食管炎早期病变时膜损伤的依据。其示踪过程操作简单易行 ,为捕捉粘膜上皮早期改变提供了一个方法学的途径。
