目的通过检测大鼠皮肤钝器损伤后不同时间细胞间黏附分子(ICAM)-1的表达,分析其与正常皮肤组织细胞间黏附分子-1表达的关系,为法医推断损伤时间提供依据。方法建立大鼠皮肤挫伤模型,分别取挫伤后0.5、1、6、12、18、24、30、36h皮肤组织及正常对照组皮肤。用总蛋白提取试剂盒提取皮肤总蛋白,BCA法测定总蛋白质,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定ICAM-1含量。结果大鼠皮肤钝器损伤后ICAM-1的表达其表达量在损伤后18h达到峰值,其后又逐渐下降。结论大鼠皮肤挫伤后36h内ICAM-1的表达有一定时间规律性变化。
Objective To detect the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 (ICAM - 1) at different time points after blunt trauma in rats, and to analyze the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 (ICAM - 1) expression in normal skin tissues and to provide basis for forensic inference of injury time. Methods The rat model of contusion of the skin was established, and the skin of the skin at 0.5, 1, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 h and the normal control group were respectively sacrificed. The total protein was extracted from the total protein by total protein extraction kit. The total protein was determined by BCA method. The content of ICAM-1 was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The expression of ICAM-1 in rat skin blunt instrument reached its peak at 18h after injury, and then decreased gradually. Conclusion The expression of ICAM-1 changes regularly within 36 hours after skin contusion in rats.
