目的:探讨6个月健身气功?大舞运动对中老年男子体质的影响。方法:以西安市30名普通中老年男子为受试对象,将其分为大舞锻炼组与对照组(每组各15人),大舞锻炼组进行每周3次,每次60min左右,持续6个月的锻炼;对照组不进行运动干预,保持原有生活状况。并分别于实验前1天和实验结束后第二天测试受试对象体质相关指标。所得数据组内比较用Paired Samples T Test检验,组间比较用Independent Samples T Test检验,以P<0.05作为差异显著性水平。结果:(1)6个月健身气功大舞锻炼以后,大舞锻炼组选择反应时显著缩短(P<0.01),坐位体前屈、台阶指数均比锻炼前有显著增加(P<0.001),脂肪含量显著减少(P<0.01),体脂百分比显著降低(P<0.05);(2)实验结束时大舞组相比对照组选择反应时、脂肪含量有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),坐位体前屈、台阶指数有极其显著的差异(P<0.01),体脂百分比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:6个月健身气功.大舞锻炼可以通过提高中老年男子的速度、柔韧、心肺耐力素质和改善体成分,从而促进体质的改善。
Objective: To investigate the effect of 6-month Health Qigong and big dance on the physique of middle-aged and old men. Methods: Thirty ordinary middle-aged and elderly men in Xi’an were divided into two groups: 15 in each group and 15 in the dance group. The exercise group was given three times a week for about 60 minutes, Continued 6 months of exercise; control group did not exercise intervention to maintain the original living conditions. The subjects were tested for body mass index one day before the experiment and the second day after the experiment. The data were compared with the Paired Samples T Test test, the comparison between groups using the Independent Samples T Test test to P <0.05 as a significant level of difference. Results: (1) After 6 months of fitness Qigong Dancesu exercise, the response of the big dance exercise group was significantly shorter (P <0.01), the body flexion and step index were significantly higher than those before exercise (P <0.001) (P <0.05); (2) At the end of the experiment, when compared with the control group, the fat content was significantly decreased (P <0.01) and fat content was significantly different (P <0.01) (P <0.01), body fat percentage had significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Six-month Health Qigong exercises can improve physical fitness by improving the speed, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance qualities and body composition of middle-aged and elderly men.
