目的:口腔颌面部骨骼作为全身骨骼的一部分,影响全身骨质疏松的因素同样也可影响颌骨。对全身骨质疏松有治疗作用的药物对口腔颌面部骨骼的作用如何,目前已成为研究热点。文章回顾了目前已作用于颌骨、牙槽骨骨质疏松动物实验及临床的药物研究,寻找口腔颌面部骨质疏松的药物治疗方法。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库1990-01/2001-10的相关文章,检索词:“Osteoporosis,mandible,bisphosphonates,herb,estradi-ol,”,并限定语言种类分别为English,同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1995-01/2003-12的相关文章,检索词:“骨质疏松,下颌骨,磷酸盐,雌激素,草药。”资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取包括上述治疗组和对照组和文献,然后筛除非随机的试验研究和重复研究,对剩余的文献开始查找全文,以随机对照(RCT)作为纳入标准。资料提炼:共收集到17篇关于药物治疗口腔颌面部骨质疏松的随机试验,13篇符合纳入标准,排除4篇重复研究。资料综合:17个试验的对象均为符合诊断标准的骨质疏松症患者,治疗选用抑制骨吸引的药物、增加骨量的药物以及改善骨质量的药物,从骨密度、骨量、骨强度等方面对药物的疗效进行了对照研究及相关分析。结论:针对全身骨质疏松治疗的药物能有效改善颌骨骨质结构,减缓牙槽骨吸收,促进新
OBJECTIVE: Oral and Maxillofacial Skeletons As part of the body’s bones, the same factors affecting whole body osteoporosis can also affect the jaw bone. Therapeutic effect on systemic osteoporosis drugs on the role of oral and maxillofacial bone, has now become a research hotspot. This article reviews the current experimental and clinical drug research on osteoporosis of the jaw and alveolar bone and the medical treatment of osteoporosis in oral and maxillofacial region. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Medline database for the period 1990-01 / 2001-10 was searched using the keywords “Osteoporosis, mandible, bisphosphonates, herb, estradiol,” and the languages defined in the Chinese are English respectively. Full-text Database Related articles from 1995-01 / 2003-12, Search Term: “Osteoporosis, Mandibles, Phosphates, Estrogen, Herbal Medicine.” Data Selection: The data were reviewed and the data including the above treatment group and control group and The literature was then screened for nonrandomized pilot and repeat studies, and the remaining articles were searched for full text, using randomized controlled trials (RCTs) as inclusion criteria.
