应用二维NOESY技术,对同分异构体1-4、顺反异构体5、6及两个环丙烷衍生物7、8在溶液中的构型、构象等立体化学问题进行了研究,并对化合物5-8进行了计算机分子模拟,取得与NOESY一致的结果.
The two-dimensional NOESY technology was used to study the stereochemical problems such as configuration and conformation of isomers 1-4, cis and trans isomers 5 and 6 and two cyclopropane derivatives 7 and 8 in solution. Compounds 5-8 were subjected to computer molecular modeling to obtain results consistent with NOESY.
