应用二维ＮＯＥＳＹ技术，对同分异构体１－４、顺反异构体５、６及两个环丙烷衍生物７、８在溶液中的构型、构象等立体化学问题进行了研究，并对化合物５－８进行了计算机分子模拟，取得与ＮＯＥＳＹ一致的结果．
The two-dimensional NOESY technology was used to study the stereochemical problems such as configuration and conformation of isomers 1-4, cis and trans isomers 5 and 6 and two cyclopropane derivatives 7 and 8 in solution. Compounds 5-8 were subjected to computer molecular modeling to obtain results consistent with NOESY.
