目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定刺山柑果实中3种刺激性成分(异硫氰酸异丙酯、异硫氰酸甲酯、异硫氰酸异丁酯)的方法。方法:采用挥发油提取器提取挥发油;以异硫氰酸丁酯为内标物,用TM-FFAP毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测;以保留时间定性,内标法定量。结果:在所选的色谱条件下,上述成分在46 min内获得较好的分离;3种成分与内标物的峰面积比值与其浓度呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999 1);样品加标平均回收率为85.9%~104%,RSD 2.44%~3.12%。结论:方法简单、准确,可同时测定刺山柑果实中3种刺激性成分的含量,为其质量控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of three kinds of irritant constituents (isopropyl isothiocyanate, methyl isothiocyanate and isobutyl isothiocyanate) in the capparis fruit by capillary gas chromatography. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by volatile oil extractor. Butyl isothiocyanate was used as internal standard, which was separated by TM-FFAP capillary column and detected by flame ionization detector. The retention time was qualitative and the internal standard method was used for quantification. Results: Under the selected chromatographic conditions, the above components were well separated within 46 min. The ratio of the peak areas of the three components and the internal standard showed a good linear relationship with the concentration (r> 0.999 1) The average recovery was 85.9% ~ 104%, RSD 2.44% ~ 3.12%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can simultaneously determine the content of three kinds of stimulating components in the capparis fruit, providing the basis for its quality control.
