研究了在旱地条件下,冬小麦郑旱1号、豫麦2号和豫麦41号旗叶衰老和粒重的关系。结果表明,豫麦41号旗叶表现早衰,植株提早死亡,光合色素和可溶性蛋白质含量降解较快,灌浆后期O·2产生和MDA积累较快,叶功能迅速降低;郑旱1号小麦旗叶衰老较迟,后期叶功能强,耐旱性强;豫麦2号旗叶衰老速度居中,耐旱性中等。耐旱性强,叶功能期长的郑旱1号小麦粒重最高
The relationship between flag leaf senescence and grain weight of winter wheat Zhengdan 1, Yumai 2 and Yumai 41 was studied under dry land conditions. The results showed that the flag leaf of Yumai 41 showed premature aging, the plants died earlier, the contents of photosynthetic pigment and soluble protein were rapidly degraded, the generation of O · 2 and the accumulation of MDA were faster and the leaf function decreased rapidly at the late filling stage. Late senescence, late leaf function is strong, drought tolerance is strong; Yumai 2 flag leaf senescence rate is medium, drought tolerance is medium.
