我对佛教的理解较为肤浅甚至有些迷茫,读佛教的书也是信手拈来,见到哪本就读哪本,可读了之后,还真有所感悟,懂得不少道理,也明白该怎样处世,虽然有时仍会感到茫然不知所措。例如,书中有这样的话:“当你生气的时候,千万别动!就在那里站着!别动!别作出任何举动!别说任何话,哪怕只言片语。记住:要彻底沉默与静止。千万别理睬那些使你生气的人与事。”(节制怒气,爱心无边-VISUDDHaCaRAZ僧侣)。上苍阿!我正在勃然大怒,我巴不得拼命地叫骂,可这又教导我彻底静止,我的满腔怒气怎么才能发泄出来呢?达到静止这种境界真是太难了。
My understanding of Buddhism is rather superficial or even confused. Reading Buddhist books is also at my fingertips. After I read this book, I really felt it. I understood quite a few truths and understood how I should go about it. Will feel overwhelmed For example, there is something like this in the book: “Do not move when you’re angry! Stand there! Do not move! Do nothing! Say nothing, even a few words. Remember: Thorough silence Quiet, do not ignore those who make you angry. ”(Control anger, boundless love - VISUDDHaCaRAZ monks). Ah, I am getting furious, and I have no choice but to scolding, but this again teaches me to rest completely, how can I vent my anger? It is so hard to reach a standstill.
